Installation notes

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To install ELASTIC follow these steps:

1. Unpack the zip file ELASTIC.ZIP into an empty working directory

2. Start ElasticE.exe

You can select a simulation by use of the DEMO menu.
To start a selected demonstration just press the GO button, to stop use the 
crossed out GO button. 
The external forces are depicted by green arrows the resulting internal 
forces by red arrows.
The crossed out F button can be used to disable the external forces.
