0) This Licence applies to the software NEFCLASS-PC.

1) Institut fuer Betriebssysteme und Rechnerverbund, Technische
   Universitaet Braunschweig, Bueltenweg 74/75, 38106 Braunschweig,
   Germany, hereby disclaims all copyright interests in the 
   program NEFCLASS-PC and its documentation.

2) NEFCLASS-PC is not free software, but it may be used free of charge,
   for educational, scientific and personal purposes. You can
   redistribute it under the terms of this licence.
   
   You may not use NEFCLASS-PC for commercial purposes. You may not
   sell NEFCLASS-PC, and you may not sell or commercially exploit the
